Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we do not collect billing information from you. Your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information including credit card numbers, email address and phone number, is collected and processed with Paypal – a secure GDPR compliant payment gateway.

Where do we store the information about you?

Red Nelly look after our database on our behalf and under our instruction. They transmit the data securely to the Mailchimp’s secure servers based in the United States of America. Both Red Nelly and Mailchimp are fully GDPR compliant.

How will we use the information about you?

We use this information in a number of ways:

To send you our occasional newsletters.

To contact you regarding special events and offers that we think may be of interest to you.

To inform you of important information that could affect you, like changes in our opening times.

To correspond with suppliers and people who show interest in trading with us.

Our customer’s privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we will never release your details to third party organisations for marketing purposes.


We would like to keep you updated with our special offers, product updates and general information such as our opening hours. For the purposes of GDPR regulations Red Nelly operates a soft OPT IN option. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time and there is always an option at the bottom of every email marketing campaign that you can click to unsubscribe quickly and without fuss.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
